Our Retreat Villa · Samaná, Dominican Republic
Surrounded by water on all sides, its name pays homage to water deities and goddesses. Oshana offers unparalleled exclusivity and tranquility. Every detail has been meticulously created — from opulent amenities to breathtaking vistas — ensuring a stay of pure indulgence, ultimate luxury, and deep relaxation.
Born from a quiet longing to feel something real again — Oshana is a living sanctuary, built on a quantum foundation, where nature, design, and consciousness converge to awaken the human spirit.
Guests don't come here to relax. They come back to coherence, to resonance, to wholeness.
Four phases. Three nearly complete. Here’s where we are.
Structure up. Bones of the villa in place.
11,000 sq ft of teak ceilings, 5,000 sq ft of teak decking, Balinese pool tiles, European oak windows — all imported.
Sourced over six months across Southeast Asia.
Installations and the final layer — the part you’ll feel.
Real footage from the build — not renderings.

Founders, walking the property
Watch us walk through the site and talk about what Oshana is, why we chose Samaná, and what it’s being built for.
Architectural renderings of the finished villa. Every detail is in motion — these are the spaces being built.
A 44,000 sq ft oceanfront villa, hand-designed for stays that ask nothing of you except presence.
An entire 44,000 sq ft estate to yourselves, with the privacy of two private beaches and the focus that only true seclusion delivers.
Eleven suites is enough for three generations and then some. The big birthdays, the holiday weeks, the moments that deserve a place big enough to hold them.
A private estate with two private beaches, an in-house team, custom itineraries, and the kind of seclusion you can't book at a hotel.
Solar power is exclusively used given the abundance of sunshine.
A cutting-edge state-of-the-art air-to-water system.
Oshana is finished using locally sourced sand, clay, and stone.
Organic fresh fruits and vegetables grown in our own gardens.
A vast network of local partners — for quality, freshness, and a sense of community.
Partnered with community charities, schools, and local impact groups.
Until a decade ago, the Samaná peninsula was only accessible by helicopter or small plane. A new scenic route now connects it directly to Santo Domingo, and the international airport keeps adding flights.
Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Habitas have all recognized Samaná's potential and are establishing their presence. Humpback whales pass through every January through March. The water is the kind of blue that doesn't photograph.
